1. One Hour Fast Repair
GT  Wearables promise:
We can repair the wearables within 1 hour during the warranty time.
 
2. 7 Day Money Back Guarantee
1) Customer can return the device which no damage on ID or FW within 7 days without any reason, GT wearables will accept.
 
2) Please fill in the warranty card with complete, correct and real information, require and properly keep your invoice when purchasing your wearables.
 
3) Purchasing invoice is valid only when marked with information including International wearables Equipment Identity number (IMEI, 15-digit number on the back of the wearables behind the battery), serial number of accessories (battery, charger, etc.), product model, date of purchase, seller’s stamp and amount of money.
 
4) Valid warranty card and invoice are basic guarantees for your rights. (Valid warranty card and invoice are the ones with complete, real and correct information with no corrections.) If you lose your valid invoice and warranty certificates, and cannot provide their copies, we will offer 1-year free warranty service starting from the date of production of your wearables.
 
*Only eligible to orders within the China mainland, extra fees may apply for international shipping. Limited one exchange allowed per order for defective products.
 
3. 15 Days Exchange Freely
1) Has any failure listed in List of wearables wearables Performance Failures occurred within 15 days from the date of purchase, purchaser can choose to repair or replace the wearables. 
 
2) Please fill in the warranty card with complete, correct and real information, require and properly keep your invoice when purchasing your wearables.

4. After 15 days but within one year of the original delivery 
1). The warranty is valid only when the wearables is properly used. The warranty does not cover deliberate damage and the following: (in which case, repair fee will be charged if customer requests for repair.) 
   a. Warranty period has expired.
   b. Damage caused by human factors, including use in abnormal conditions or not consistent with the instructions.
   c. Self repair and modification, or repair attempted by any unauthorized service center.
   d. Damages by force majeure (e.g. water, fire, earthquake and lightning)
   e. No warranty card and valid purchasing certificates can be presented, or product model or bar code is inconsistent or has been altered.
   f. Normal wear and tear (including the case, keyboard, screen, antenna and accessories)
  g. Failure, defect or flaw that is not caused by our company.
  h. Bar code or warranty label is damaged and beyond recognition.
 
2). Others
  a. wearables with appearance damages (e.g. wear and tear or scratches) cannot be returned.
   b. Failures caused by wireless network or carriers are not covered in the warranty.
   c. Oral promises of retailers that are beyond the warranty principles are invalid. No service shall be provided.
 
3). Products according with replacement requirements can be replaced at our authorized center. wearables with failure can be replaced with a new one of the same model and type. wearables  with problems in accessories can only have accessories replaced.
 
4). Products can be repaired at any of our authorized center nationwide.
 
5).The original buyer will be responsible for replacement fees or product repair costs due to any issues incurred.
For a repair, GT After-Service will analyse the device and offer report with quotation to customer.
For exchange for a brand new product, 70% of the original cost of the product will be charged as a processing fee, or you can ask GT service department to quote the specific price for exchange with the old IMEI number of your devices.
Once delivery back repairing samples, GT wearables can pick up the devices from customer warehouse. Delivery cost should be paid by customer.
